Consultations are provided for heritage and character stone buildings requiring substantial masonry, repointing, or chimney works. These visits are intended to assess condition, exposure, material compatibility, and appropriate methods of repair prior to planned works.

Initial Enquiries
Initial enquiries and brief telephone discussions are free of charge. These allow you to outline the issue, share photographs where available, and determine whether a site visit is required.

Site Assessments & Initial Consultations
Where a site visit is needed, an initial consultation fee £50 is charged. This covers time on site, inspection of masonry and mortar condition, and professional advice on appropriate repair or maintenance options.

Drone & Property Inspections
Basic drone and property inspections are available from £120, suitable for difficult-to-access areas such as chimneys, rooflines, and upper masonry. These inspections provide a clearer understanding of condition and extent of deterioration without the need for immediate scaffolding.
