Initial enquiries and brief telephone discussions are free of charge. These allow you to outline the issue, share photographs where available, and determine whether a site visit is required.

Site Assessments & Initial Consultations
Where a site visit is needed, an initial consultation fee £50 is charged. This covers time on site, inspection of masonry and mortar condition, and professional advice on appropriate repair or maintenance options.

Drone & Property Inspections
Basic drone and property inspections are available from £120, suitable for areas that are difficult to access such as chimneys, rooflines, and upper masonry. These inspections provide a clearer understanding of condition without the need for immediate scaffolding.
